Payment Policy

We take a non-refundable deposit at the point of booking with the balance due 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of your arrival.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel a booking upon which you will be provided with a full refund.

We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by yourselves either directly with accommodation or associated activities during your stay.

We recommend you take out your own travel insurance. 

Occupancy

Bookings are for a maximum of two people in each room.

Pets

Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Children

Unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for children.

Damage Policy

We understand that minor breakages happen however we reserve the right to charge the full cost of breakages, missing items and their replacement and for making good any damage.
